If high calorie food is taken without doing much physical activity, it will show its effect on the health. Health problems due to this will increase after crossing the age of 40 years. There is a risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory infection, high cholesterol, cancer, osteoporosis and heart diseases at this age.
Teenagers have emotional pressure in the
matters of their education and career. People in the age group of 40-50
years have severe financial pressure due to family responsibilities.
Though this condition changes when they reach 60 years of age, the
damaged health condition cannot be improved.
People who are over 40 years
should make some changes in their food habits and life style to improve
their health. This is the best way to prevent various diseases that may
attack in the old age.
All types of grains, cereals, fruits and
vegetables should be taken. Food that provides proteins should be taken.
They should avoid oily food. Smoking and alcohol should also be
avoided.
In this busy life it is important to take nutrient supplements after 40 years. There are six main groups of nutrients: proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water. Because in the food that is cooked at home may not contain all the
necessary nutrients required by the body. Some important organs of the
body may not function properly due to this and the persons may look more
than their age. Daily exercises and physical activities help to burn
extra calories and prevent obesity. It is also important to undergo
tests of blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. This helps to
identify the changes inside the body and take proper treatment. One
should follow these things when they are over 40 years to live a healthy
and longer life.
